Post Master's Certificate Options
Post-master's certificate programs are designed for experienced registered nurses with a previous master's degree to complete course work the Family Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Leader, receive documentation of the completed coursework on an official Xavier University transcript and become eligible for the certification exams. Courses are taught on the Xavier campus and some are video conferenced to partner sites. The availability of specific courses at partner sites is dependent upon interest level and other factors.
Applications are accepted for fall, spring and summer semesters. Advisors can provide guidance regarding the entry term that is most appropriate to accommodate sequential courses and scheduling needs.
