This literary resource  provides information about poets worldwide  from antiquity to the present day in books, literary encyclopedias, and hundreds of literary journals, as well as multimedia. Poets  in the left image include Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Christina Rossetti, William Butler Yeats, Edgar Allen  Poe, Emily Bronte, William Shakespeare, T S Eliot, Francesco Petarch,  Adelaide  Anne Procter, Lord Alfred Tennyson, Robert Southy, and Walt Whitman.

Edible Books Winner

University Library would like to congratulate Mallory Tulcewicz, for winning the 8th Annual Edible Books Contest. Mallory's entry, "Burger Boy" won the prize. Check out the Edible Books libguide: for photos of the winning edible book, as well as other entries to this year’s contest.

National Library Week

April 13th-19th is National Library week! We invite the Xavier community to celebrate with us through various events throughout the week. We will be having a drawing for a daily prize, and for a grand prize of $50 X-cash at the end of the week. Come to the Connection Center desk to enter! You can also post poems to our poetry wall, or grab some candy at the desk. Our main event is happening Tuesday, April 15th, from 3pm-4pm, when we will be hosting our annual Edible Books contest in the CLC
