Students interested in completing a degree mostly during the day can select any major from Xavier's list of over 70 academic degree programs.

Application Process

Be sure to take advantage of Xavier's free pre-application advising service for help with your educational planning. An adviser will meet with you individually to help you explore our programs and to do a preliminary assessment of your college transfer credits. To schedule an advising appointment, call the Center for Adult and Part-time Students office at 513 745-3355. Academic advisers are available during the day, in the evening and on most Saturdays.

To apply for admission:

• Complete the free on-line application for admission.
• Send us your official high school transcripts or GED scores
• Send us your official college and university transcripts from all schools attended. (You can use our Official Transcript Request form.)
• If interested, complete the Center for Adult and Part-Time Students Grant Application for scholarship assistance.

The CAPS office will notify you of their admission decision once all of the required documents have been received.
