Be sure to take advantage of Xavier's free pre-application advising service for help with your educational planning. An adviser will meet with you individually to help you explore our programs and to do a preliminary assessment of your college transfer credits. To schedule an advising appointment, call the Center for Adult and Part-time Students office at 513-745-3355. Academic advisers are available during the day, in the evening and on most Saturdays.

Weekend Degree Programs

• Complete the free on-line application for admission.
• Send us your official high school transcripts or GED scores
• Send us your official college and university transcripts from all schools attended. (You can use our Official Transcript Request form.)
• If interested, complete the Weekend Degree Program Grant Application for scholarship assistance.

The CAPS office will notify you of their admission decision once all of the required documents have been received. 

Evening and Day Programs
